Questions about Blossom Creek plots and design
Do I have to use your house designs?
No. You can choose one of our architect-designed farmhouses, or design your own home on a Blossom Creek plot with your own architect. On your visit we walk the plot, talk through your brief and explain how each option works.
Who builds the house?
Our architect-designed farmhouses come with a set specification and inclusions, listed on the Blossom Creek page. If you design your own home, we'll explain how design and build works at The Retreat when you visit.
What's included on the plot?
Each architect-designed farmhouse comes with a private gazebo, a firepit and barbecue area, vegetable gardens, lawns, a picket-fence boundary and landscaping. For a plot where you design your own home, we'll take you through every detail on your visit.
